Registration Confirmation
Welcome
While we endeavor to update your MyUofC Student Centre as soon as possible after we receive your transcripts, it does take some time for these updates to be reflected in your student centre. Our current response time to update your Student Centre from the date your transcript was received by our office is 3 to 4 weeks. Once your document has been processed as received, it will be another 4 to 6 weeks for you to receive an admission decision. Please do not re-send your documents, as this will further delay our processing times. If your file has been complete for longer than this combined period, we can look into your file and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

Dear Parents and Students, My name is Laura Richardson and I am excited to be teaching 4 th grade AM TOPS this year. I love working at EDUPRIZE and I am looking forward to a super year full of heroes, learning, and growing together! Let me tell you a little about myself. I have been married to my husband, Jim, for 24 years. We are blessed with four children. Our daughter, Bari, and our son, Thomas, attend ASU. Our twins, Caleb and Joshua are freshmen at Perry High School. All four of our children attended EDUPRIZE. I have a Bachelor ' s Degree in Elementary Education from Louisiana State University. This will be my 12 th year of teaching with seven of those here at EDUPRIZE. We will be exploring four 9 - week cottages this school year. Our cottages this year will include: Arizona Highways, Reptile Ranch, Conservation Plantation, and Grand Canyon Marketplace. I anticipate meeting each of you at our O pen H ouse on Monday, July 23, 2018. The suggested time for our Open House is from 9:30 a.m . - 10:15 a.m . , but I will be available throughout the day. This day is a great chance to see your classroom, meet your classmates, pick up carpool information and drop off your school supplies. Parent helpers are strongly encouraged and are always welcome in our room to enhance and facilitate learning. During the Open House, I will have a quick form for you to fill out letting me know when you would like to volunteer. I do ask, however, that you wait until after the first two weeks of school before you start volunteering. This will give our class a chance to establish routines and procedures as well as community building at the start of the school year. Our first day of school is Wednesday, July 25, 2018. All students must be present the full day to be considered enrolled at EDUPRIZE. During Open House, I will let you know where our class will be lining up outside. On the first day, I will be outside to meet and greet everyone at 7:15 a.m . For the AM TOPS Schedule, school begins at 7:20 a.m . and ends at 12:30 p.m . Monday through Friday. Students should be in line ready to be picked up at 7:15 a.m . I look forward to getting to know you and I am sure we will have a fabulous year of learning and laughter ahead of us. I will be sure to keep you posted on our activities and parent involvement opportunities throughout the year. Also I ' d like to thank you in advance for your support and encouragement. To access your account:
1. Type the below website address in the address bar of your internet browser: www.portfoliologin.com
2. If you know your credentials, type in your username and click Login. Confirm your identity with the
security image verification and type in your password* to confirm. Click Continue.
If this is your first time logging in, click
"Register Here" directly under the
Login button. You will then be
prompted to enter your Account
Number and Social Security Number.
3. Once the system confirms your account
you will need to create login credentials*. The Username does not have to be your email, however, we
recommend using your email. The phone number is optional; it is simply another method to verify
your account. Click Continue

4. Next, you will be directed to the Security page. The username and email will automatically
populate. Enter a security phrase you will remember and choose a security image. Cell Phone is

Confirm. **Be sure to select Trusted Device. Otherwise you will have to verify your account each
time you log in.**
5. Choose your verification method. Verify your account via em ail or by m obile phone
(if you provided). Click Send.
6. Enter the confirmation code
upon receipt and click Submit.
7. You should now have a login and
will be redirected to your
Portfolio Dashboard.
