Dear Student, For students who are under the age of 18 at the time they are completing an application for residence hall housing, we require a parent's or guardian's signature on the agreement card. Signing this card indicated that you are agreeing to the Terms of the University Agreement. The terms are available online at: http://housing.buffalo.edu/regs At the bottom of this form is an agreement card. We encourage you and your parent/guardian to once again review the Terms and Conditions of the residence halls prior to signing the card. This information clearly articulates our responsibilities as well as your obligations. After reviewing that information, please complete and sign the agreement card and include your parent or guardian's signature. Your application will not be adversely affected as long as your updated agreement card with parent/guardian signature is complete and returned within one week of submitting your residence hall deposit.
